Good News for UPenn Grad Students

University of Pennsylvania PhD students will be receiving a 6.7% stipend increase for 9 month fellowships, and a 14.7% increase for 10 month fellowships. Students are hoping that they will be able to finally cover the cost expenses outside of their tuition. The previous stipends were the lowest out of all of the other Ivy League schools, but is now competitive.
